A. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. RETURNS

At Impressionist Gallery NZ we try to represent our product as accurately as possible online. So, we encourage you to evaluate dimensions and designs prior to checkout.

We don’t offer refunds for “changes of mind.” However, we want to ensure that you love your purchase and are satisfied with the quality and usability for your home.

2. EXCHANGES

So if you are unhappy with your product and wish to exchange, please call us immediately to see if we can find the best route forward - we want you to find what you're after and be happy with your purchase, and will work with you to make this the outcome.

If you change your mind regarding your choice of purchase and wish to exchange it, please contact us within 10 days of purchase.
Returned products must be in original condition and where applicable in the packaging. A proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Freight costs are the responsibility of the customer - we accept no liability for goods lost in transit to Impressionist Gallery NZ and we strongly recommend the use of a trackable courier product.

B. FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

We are very diligent and careful with the packaging of our products, however, this doesn't always ensure they get to you undamaged. Please contact us immediately if there is any damage. If a product arrives damaged, faulty or is defective please contact the gallery within 14 days of purchase. We will require photos of damage incurred, internal and external packaging, and consignment notes. Replacement cover applies to tracked items only.

We may request for the item to be returned to us for assessment. This can take up to seven working days from the date the item is received by us. Please note that we are in no way responsible for any faults that may have occurred due to unreasonable use of the product – including failure to follow care instructions. Normal wear and tear does not constitute a fault. If a product is deemed faulty, we will cover all freight costs related to returning the goods. If the fault is determined to be caused by customer use we will not be responsible for freight costs.

C. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPPING OVERSEAS

Tolls, taxes, and other fees are not indicated in the total price and may apply to international shipments.

Impressionist Gallery NZ has no control over foreign Customs Services or local authorities, who may undertake surcharges, or charge Duty, Tax, Quarantine or other fees, at their discretion, and in accordance with local regulations. In all cases, these charges are the responsibility of the receiver. Each country has a different threshold for their charges and we advise you to check with your local customs for full details on any fees or delays that might be incurred.

D. POST AND PACKING

Post and packing is an additional cost. When an order is received we will obtain the safest and best service available. Either postal or courier. (Often within NZ the Courier Tracked service is faster and costs less). We will email you with the “NZ Post quote.”
The Limited Edition prints are limited to 100 “worldwide” of each. Once that number has been attained, that’s it. These prints on canvas can also be sent rolled up in a tube. If that is your preference, let us know because they will cost less than” being stretched over a frame.”

E. TERMS

If there are any issues with your order, or anything you are unhappy about through your experience with us please contact us as soon as you can and we will do our reasonable best to sort it out. Email: impressionistgallerynz@gmail.com.

We value you as a person, not just a customer, and aim for that to be reflected throughout your experience with us.

We also regard your privacy and personal details with respect and care. We will never give these to any 3rd party aside from a courier or delivery company, for the express intent of liaising for product delivery only.

When you purchase online, we add you to our database so that we can better serve you in the future. You can ask to be removed from this at any time.

Some of our items are hand made, antiques and will show signs of wear from the decades. Our description and photos should provide you with a clear picture of them item.

Please check all forms for correct details before continuing to payment. We do not take responsibility for miss-deliveries of parcels based on incorrect entry of delivery address on website forms.

We operate under the laws and regulations of New Zealand, and aim to go above and beyond these to provide the best customer experience possible.

Impressionist Gallery NZ has a full comprehensive privacy policy which can be obtained from us on request.

By choosing this payment method you’ll be automatically directed to PayPal's site in the next step. When you've entered your information there, you'll be brought back to us to complete your order. 

G. Local Pickup

For pick up's outside our opening hours please get in touch with us and we'll arrange a time that suits. Our “normal” working hours are Tuesday to Friday 8.30 – 3.30. Saturday by appointment. Sunday afternoon by appointment. Monday is our day off.
